On November 14 & 15 Connecticut Equine
Massage therapists Wendy Rivers and Halide
Caine appeared at Equine Affaire in West
Springfield, Ma, speaking and demonstrating
whole body sports massage for horses.
Working in the Mallory Ring,the therapists
gave two (2) informational talks on the
benefits of WBSM while providing
demonstrations at the same time.
The two demonstration horses were picked
from a wide array of horses in the EA breed
pavilion.
On Thursday, the two used ' Buena', a Paso
Fino breed owned by Joe Dios of Colchester,
CT.
On Friday, the two used 'June Bug' a Fells
Pony owned by Lisa Kyer, owner of Windswept
Farms in Melrose, NY.
